If I was a mod and I made a decision like TD did, I would not think it unreasonable to discuss it with that person when they approached me, especially if I did not want it to end on the board. I wouldn't have taken action on the board for an action off the board, either, but you know, that's a major life lesson..realizing that other people won't act the way you do, and their actions make as much sense to them as yours do to you.

I did try to discuss it off the board when I got his icq spam as well. The spam icq was linking direct to GFY and no links to his own site. GFY is NOT a place to host press releases for spamming. Basically the response I got was "so what". That's when the domain name was added to the banned word list. Then I see him start 20 threads crying about it. Enough was enough.
