I didn't mind when I got spammed the first time from him, and the second time I bit my lip. But the third time I let him know that I didn't appreciate it. I'm all for sharing good news but at some point you can go overboard - and he did. Then he wants to get into a pissing match with one of the mods and that's when his troubles really began
