Ok, I will try to explain now what happened based on the facts I got from my sales manager:
The mailing was done by one of our affiliates (Probably he was planning to get some cash from referring webmasters through CCbill getting 10% of sales
which we pay for reffered affiliate:
http://lb-69.com/webmasters.php?code...billing=ccbill) without actually me or anyone else from the team knowing about that. The domain lb96.com is not belongs or connected to our site in any way. We got abuses from the hosting company and many webmasters regarding this mailing and was busy cleaning this mess up the whole day, that why this explanatory came a bit late.
What we have done by now:
1. We have suspended the affiliate due to TOS violation.
2. We trying to allocate and close down his hosting, the problem is he using non static IP that changing all the time.
Once again we want to state that LB-69 and Cyber Entrentaiment LTD strongly condemn any illegal activity including spam, have nothing to
do with this mailing and deeply appologize to all the webmastes affected in this case. Your additional suggestions/comments regarding dealing with this case is appreciated.
