By hand picked this is what TIVO and Live365 mean....
Live365 has thousands of radio stations, both pro and amateur.. Tivo obviously cannot play them all. So Live365 and TIVO have gone in and "hand" picked which stations will broadcast on th tivo network to the tivo customers.
Thats the jist of it...
