Some people need to learn how to actually market things instead of making pretty banners. But that's just my opinion and I know nothing.

well thats just bad designing , i guess the space is limited but it should be easy enough to make part of the banner not rotate , ( i.e. a static name like
www.sitename.com along the bottom )
