Lets make up a little story to explain it. If you and I have a debate over a TV we won, raffle lets say (you say it was your ticket, I say min), and I have the tv in my house. you can't sneek in when i'm not home and take it. EVEN if you have the key.
The police would charge you with grand larceny, burglary, and criminal tresspass. You would be better off taking me to Judge judy, let her straighten it out. That's just a stupid question...really now.
