I've had Indian food at a restaurant once. It was ok, but Chinese food tastes alot better. Thats why the Chinese place is full and the Indian place isn't.
Also Indian food doesn't have much variety. You baiscally choose which type of meat to be used in your curry sauce.
Their menu has maybe 12 things to order, but that might just be the place I went to.

I'm not a fan of Indian food myself, I prefer chinese or mexican BUT... Dunno where you live Frog, but there is LOADS of variety in the Indian restaurants here in the UK. Like a chinese menu there are typically 25 or more dishes plus the sides of rice and other nibbles. I think one of the reasons Indian food isn't as popular is because of the spices they use. They are so different to anything else in the world and I think they scare some people off. A good way to find out whether or not you might like Indian food is to have a Thai meal. Its like a cross between Chinese and Indian and gives you an idea of what a full blown curry might be like.
I can't stand the stuff myself but I always see the good in trying new things. Except sushi. Yeuck!
