I understand .. but it is easy to craft a nice response after you make the shit hit the fan ... the bottom line is that she gained access to a server that is not hers and deleted files ... that's a crime ..regardless of the fact that she thinks they belong to her. her attorney should have shot us a letter and we would have replied with proof that we own the images ... or take it to court . she chose to fuck affiliates and put herself in a bad place legally. I'll make the money up with affiliates but you can bet I'll be suing her for damages. I have to ... it was the wrong way to go about it.
I can't imagine that her attorney would put her in that place ... I think he did that while being upset and not thinking. affiliates will remember that down the road when she does her next project.
ask tassy ..weeks ago she was trying to contact Lia and I even told her then that i can't get a response from her either. I had no choice but to terminate our agreement. I'm sorry it went that way ..I like her
