nah.. martial law should be approved by the lower house first, which i doubt would happen..
it's just sad.. i mean, they know that 2006 did not start well here on the phils (the stampede, followed by the leyte landslide).. then they still tried to launch this coup d' etat.. it's just like none of them really cared..
