I tend to download 100% of available promo from a sponsor to start with, then organize my folders really well so that updating on my end is simple as pressing a button pretty much.

Hard to go BACK and set that up after the fact, but good to organize and plan for things well ahead. Then you only have to download any new promo and upload it.
