Hey you are already off to a great start Vid is a super star when it comes to shooting and lighting. He is one of the few professionally trained pro's. You are in good hands; although I would watch where he puts them after a couple of drinks. Just remember one thing if he asks you have no interest in doing "the impossible sit up".
