Not in Ontario. They outlawed lap dances years ago. You can't touch them unless they want you to, and there's not bouncers watching. One club I was in had cameras in the VIP room to make sure nothing funny was going on.
But if you do want full contact all you have to do is leave the strip club and cross the street to the massage parlour. Pay for full service and they'll rub one out of you. Dirty fucking places though. Bleh.
