Exactly - and as a company owner, if I can outsource better or equal work for cheaper, I'm going to do it!
As it's been shown in this biz alone, sometimes outsourcing isn't always the best bet. Do your job better than the cheaper outsourcing person will do it and maybe people will be willing to pay extra. It's why people still buy Mercedes when there are Chevrolets
