Wouldn't surprise me if at the very least they're down whilst some major changes to their backend take place. I have no time or respect for the 'services' making newsgroup access easy when that access is obviously designed just for finding stolen stuff/content.
However when you start repackaging and reformatting the stolen stuff then you really do hit problems as they should have realised. It'd be no great shock to find it pop back with fewer 'features' and an awful lot of content now removed.
