Him: Sir, our official quote is $8,200 with a 45 day deadline.
Me: That's doable. My only concern is making sure we're clear on the deliverables, can you help me with that?
Him: This includes three months support. After that, our typical rates are $40/hour for support.
Me: Great, what about the deliverables? Can one of your engineers submit a deliverables document for my review?
Him: Hold on sir.

Him: I have asked our support manager to join this call, she will be with us in a minute.
