Site Development Help Required

Hello,

I have been shooting content for 2 years now, with the hopes of launching numerous adult websites. I am a photographer by trade, I have my own studio just outside of NYC, and I am now editing my own video work as well.

I know some html, and I'm pretty good with photoshop, but I just don't know how to get my site ideas to finally go live, so I really need some help.

I have hired numerous coders over the past 2 years who have all promised to get projects completed, and promised certain deadlines, etc., but every one of them has flaked out. It seems all I have been doing is SPENDING money, while earning back none.

My latest site is now up - LexiMay dot com

and I also own Chick-Links dot com

I run the Chick-Links site myself, and I am sort-of working with a coder on the LexiMay site, but he is around 10 updates behind as I write this.

I own numerous domain names along with the raw content for same, I have my own dedicated server if needed, and I am developing additional traffic-builder sites (like Chick-Links) so I am ready to market these new future sites as soon as they are ready to go live.

I don't have deep pockets, but I'm willing to negotiate with competent people, and I would even consider partnership arrangements with credible developers.

If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. For some reason I think there are more people in my position than ever before, as many of the adult design companies I've seen online are all announcing that they have too many projects to take on any additional ones at this time.

Maybe a software suite is the answer?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you!
