Acquired Gulf Services, May 2000.

November 2000, entered into joint venture (PNCT) with P&O Nedlloyd in Port of New York and New Jersey with terminal capacity of 1M TEUs.

While the Baltimore contract didnt actually BEGIN until early '01, rest assured it had been in the works for years.
