Maybe you missed what I said earlier, I'll restate it for you..... Every fiber of my being as a webmaster says that it is fundamentally wrong to take, collect or accept content that doesn't belong to you, set up a pay site or any type of pay interface, and then charge the surfer money to view what amounts to content that you do not personally own or have rights to use.
That should be clear enough for you, shouldn't it?

Give Google some time, they are amassing pages through their search spider and Web Accelerator in order to create their own form of the Internet, which they will charge a monthly fee for. So Google will be worse than GUBA, but you and others obviously dont care about preventing something. If you would have went after usenet users to begin with then GUBA probably wouldnt have been created, now it's too late.
