Costs $150 but is shareware, so you can download it for free and modify it to make sure you get the results you want before paying for it. There are plenty of modifications available from their resources section and their forums - I KNOW there's a mod that'll allow you to include images in a similar way to Joomla (I've used it before), but I can't find it.

If you need help, ask on the forums - they're a very helpful bunch.
