The only thing that sucked is this past december when i had to renew about 25 domain names at their $9.99 rate. Ended up dropping about 50% of my portfolio there.
I got another bunch coming up for renewal for when they had their second promotion. Then the 2.99 offer was open to existing customers but when I tried to take advantage of it again they said it was closed to existing customers.
