I'm trying to be as proactive as possible. I don't know all the urls and branded names of everyone's paysites. That's why it's faster if people approach me.. but please don't get me wrong. I'm ALSO going out and banning content and search terms from people I know aren't uploading it themselves.

thats all fine, but what about the people who own all the content that is still in there? because the maybe wont see it in there, should they suffer damage to their businesses because they don't see it? i'm putting this in perspective. content drives this business, you can't just show up because some loops and technis make it letter of the law "legal" and undercut every paysite owner in this business. if all the content is removed that someone else paid to produce, there won't be anything in the system but homemade videos that are untraceable.
i have a list of over 200 urls of branded content that we control alone.
