The show I saw debunked that theory on time allotment alone.
Then they challenged a couple of people who had admitted to doing some as a hoax and they compared measurements to those that they couldn't prove were a hoax. The ones they had no explanation for were near perfect in design to an eighth of an inch in most cases. The ones admittedly done by man weren't even close.
Sorry, don't see that being done by two guys with boards.
They might have been able to do that one though.
