Yes there are plenty of companies out there that do what Guba does. And yes there are paysite owners that I suppose don't care. But I think the majority of the program owners out there are like BiminiBucks and find it very offensive.

I'm not arguing in "defense" of theft. I'm calling out the hypocrisy of so many of the complainers. The fact is, the same people complaining were complaining before Guba did any encoding etc. and all they did was offer access for a fee. The same people that would post pics to the newsgroups themselves. The same people that would let you rip all their content to promote them. The same people that right now give you full access to their sites or supply 100% of the content in order to promote them, flooding all the free TGPs, link lists and blogs with the same content that makes it's way into the newsgroups to be viewed by a much smaller number of people.

You didn't answer any of my questions though. I know you find out and out theft offensive, but what about the situations I outlined? How many licensing agreements of the content suppliers are you allowing to be broken if you give out content that maybe isn't exclusive to only you, or allowing affiliates to host your FHGs etc. etc. etc... Do you see here I'm coming from when I'm calling out the hypocrissy in this business? Many of the people complaining about the "theft" are also allowing others to steal, commit fraud etc. etc. etc. But in most cases they don't care, because it's benifiting their pocket books.
