The reason this Guba thing hit home today is that is about our industry and is taking money off peoples tables we know.
I'm sure the people that run Guba know there is material on there that shouldn't be, but they will only take it down IF asked.
Now the difference between downloading music using say bearshare, etc and downloading stuff from Guba is, Guba charges you to download stuff they know shouldn't be up there.

Stealing is stealing. Downloading music and not paying for it is just as bad as what GUBA is doing. Hypocrisy is Hypocrisy. Someone is getting hurt in both instances. Just because you don't personally know Metallica or think they can afford to let a few million people download their songs free does NOT make it right.
Those who download songs without paying for them have NO RIGHT to express frustration with GUBA.
