Yeah, I've been reading up on The Wynn and it seems they are either on their game or completely screw everything up - not consistent either way. We ate at a couple of the restaurants in Jan and while the food was good, the service was good at one place (the Italian one) but TOTALLY sucked at The Buffet.
The two (expensive) drink minimum to watch a pathetic water show wasn't appreciated either
But they had a good rate so I figured I'd try it out.
