The content is already up there. GUBA only organizes it for the surfer. If the surfer sees a particular niche of content they really want, they're gonna see the URL that's in most of the pics/vids and they're gonna sign up with that sponsor.
Smart marketers use Usenet to promote. It's not stolen content, it's uploaded content.

you can find complete member areas in the usenet, tons of mp3 and nearly any software that has been cracked. the usenet is one of the most illegal places you can find. luckily it's hard to handle for the average dumb surfer - but GUBA helps them out
