It's uploaded content, not stolen content.
Here's how I see it...(and I don't work for GUBA, and I don't really promote them cause I work a narrow niche...but anyway...)
The content is already up there. GUBA only organizes it for the surfer. If the surfer sees a particular niche of content they really want, they're gonna see the URL that's in most of the pics/vids and they're gonna sign up with that sponsor.
Smart marketers use Usenet to promote. It's not stolen content, it's uploaded content.
