Mike, I have nothing against you and you know that. I just think it's VERY lame for her to be using that members DB for mailings given the current status of the site it was generated from and the related litigation. If I was Bill, I'd let my attorney know about it asap. I never said it was spam, just that she was an asshat for doing it.
