I think all three Submitters (AdvancedSubmitter, Chameleon and Dreamsubmitter) are good tools in their way, much more important is how good your Database is, and how many partner Accounts (and paid spots later on) you have. if you decide for AdvancedSubmitter, take a look at the Databases at http://updates.advancedsubmitter.com/, they'll be a good starting point to build your own Databases. And for Free partner Accounts take a look at PartnerRequester.com
