I like how so many of you automatically believe the guys because they say the lady is lying. Suddenly she's a racist who made it all up? Whats make their story any more credible than hers?
Here's how I figure it went down. She was probably looking at them weird because she is a little paranoid of muslims in the current environment. So they decided to fuck with her and made damn sure they only made the remarks when she was there and the waitress etc was away.
So then they get busted by the cops. What the fuck do you think they are going to do, ADMIT IT? They know damn well if they admitted to it, they'd be looking at a shitload of charges like causing a panic, terroristic threats, and the list would go on and on. It'd be like screaming "I have a bomb" in a movie theater, then saying "Oh just kidding" a couple hours later. OF COURSE they are going to deny it if they did it.
So maybe she is lying. What would her motive be? To see three guys get pulled over for nothing.
Now then, maybe the guys are lying. What would their motive be? To avoid several felony charges for the 'prank' they pulled on a woman who was annoying them in a restaurant.
So which party has more reason to lie?
Of course thats just my personal theory on the way it went down, but it seems most plausible to me. It really just amazes me that these guys say she is lying, and so many here instantly buy it. Do you know if you guy to a prison, every guy there is innocent too?
