I wouldn't judge her for only having one, it was medically important to have it removed.
Any one of us could lose a limb or anything else fat any given time. Her life is/was more important than two breast's. Think of it like...you had to have a ball removed, because it could have cancer, ect....
I personally wouldn't look at her any different.
