I don't if you can get it on their dedicated plans, but I noticed
that
LUNARPAGES just started a pretty generous Virtual Plan for ASP.Net for $9.95 a month to include 400GB Xfer and 5000MB storage. SQL Server access is included.
Their dedicated plans start at $99/mo so they MIGHT have it as an option too.
