it maybe different in NY but i pretty sure when they run that plate and it comes up to another car ... he's getting more tickets for have invalid plates on the car ...
There is a reason that boot is on there bro .. you fucked up somehow ... just pay the fine .. I'm sure the local government isn't out to get you so they just put it on there to fuck with you ..
