I used to have commercial cable from Time Warner at my last place. Upload speed was 2 MB, 6 MB down. But then I moved, no such service avaliable out here. The fastest thing out here (other than frame relay or leased circuits) is ISDN, which is gonna be installed next week. Right now, I have dialup. My upload speed is about 1.3 K/sec. :-(
