Please don't ... there is nothing to "do up." It's not worth it, at most ... drive through it and go "oh cool" ... you have to go 15 mph through there anyway and you get to see it all. I've never done the tours cause I hate that shit, but I've lived in Vegas and I've had many a friends and relatives come visit who have done it and hated it. And some of these people are travelers who live and die for that shit.
