Sure but when he pulled his creditcard he saw and agreed to a message that clearly stated that he would be charged x amaunt every month untill he canceled.
And hey I won a digital camera once, and you get one for free for all kinds of things (mobile contract, magazine subscription, ...,....) does that mean I can go into any store take all their cams and leave without paying?
