Zumanity is great for the open minded, O and Mystere are excellent. Ka is great if you are high. The Fashionistas show is interesting and relatively cheap. I think they have like two for one show tickets. To be honest, alot of Vegas shows are cheesy, but depending on what you are looking for, you can find some great ones.
