welt like marks? lol.. some people gets bullet shots and not much is showing excpet a small hole.. Second.. didnt the doctors say that they will leave like a 100 pellets in the guy's body? I guess they were kinda deep... And as far as his face.. the pellets ofcourse were stop by his skull/jaw bone...
