1) Hey, a gun is a gun pretty much, I own a lot of guns and one gun doesn't differ that much from the other. Someone using a 28 gauge and another person using a 28 gauge basically have the same gun, they are the same gauge too, that is all that really matters.
2) Yeah, I probably wouldn't goto jail, but I would have to talk to police. Cheney told the police to get the fuck out of his face and they did. Why didn't he just man up and talk?
3) The Secret Service takes orders from Cheney, do you really think he had no say in it?
4) The police didn't do their job, what happens if you don't do your job? Well, you get fired.
You're up against a stacked deck and no arguement you bring up can deny the facts that:
A: The gun test is valid, 28 gauge bird shot out of any gun is basically the same.
B: He told the police to fuck off. Why, don't know.
