The spread of the pellets is also controlled by the choke on the barrel, so unless you have the weapon with the same choke setting and ammo, your "evidence" is bullshit. I would also say that anyone hit at 15 feet with a shotgun , even with birdshot would in much more serious condition than Whittington appears to be. He left the hospital yesterday. Perhaps you missed the press conference where he told the real story.

That guy is lucky to be alive, he should be dead right now.
Nothing will happen to Cheney because of corruption, but the facts are there.
1: Cheney didn't shoot from 90 feet - was proven from the video that the conspiracy nut posted. Like it or not, the video is valid.
2: Cheney told the police to fuck off after he shot someone in the heart with a shotgun and they listened; if any of us did that we would be in jail. That police department should be disbanded and investigated.
Now, you can go on and think what you want, I just don't like being lied to. You might accept whatever anyone in power says, but to me they are just people and their word is as good as the next guys.
