The spread of the pellets is also controlled by the choke on the barrel, so unless you have the weapon with the same choke setting and ammo, your "evidence" is bullshit. I would also say that anyone hit at 15 feet with a shotgun , even with birdshot would in much more serious condition than Whittington appears to be. He left the hospital yesterday. Perhaps you missed the press conference where he told the real story.
