I agree with you that some webmasters didn't get as big as they are now with his help, but that you say that he's always trustfull to his partners and that he's a decent reliable man?? Hehehe that's just NOT what he is!
As soon as the money comes in he forgets his partners.. And he wants most of the money without doing any work for it!
I know alot of webmasters who still haven't got their money...
In the beginning everything looks very nice and everybody gets his money.. But after a couple of months mister Big Boss himself stops the payments and fucks up the webmasters who advertise for him..
So in my opinion it's just a big waste of your time to start advertising for these guys...
