I talked to atleast 25 of my coworkers and friends and they all swore by it. I had about 3 - 4 weeks of prechecks (due to the fact that I'm diabetic) Once they decided that I had no problem healing they went forward with it.

ALL of the people I talked to said they had no trouble and everything was great.

Now the hard to explain part. Apparently my pupils when dialated at night get very large, so large in fact that they catch the outter rim of the cut. What this means is, during the day or in a well lit area I see 20/15. At night or in a dark room I see 20/15 until you add light, then it's like looking through a piece of plastic, still seeing 20/15 but with horrible halo/hazzing. I have a feeling as I get older that I will not be able to drive at night, currently I deal with it ok.

For ME, it wasn't worth it, I would still gladly wear glasses to see correctly at night or in the dark, but I think I'm a minority, I find very few that don't like their results.

Basically find a damned good Dr. and you are still just taking a chance, there is no guarantee.

Hope that helps,
