You say that he's the type of person that brings the heavy cost of litagation to shut people up, but the fact is that Homegrown started this litagation not Ron.. It seems like Ron is just ending it.
You've been doing nothing but commiting slander and liable against Ron since you filed this suit, and now that a judge has found no wrong doing, you continue your slander and liable.
