I am biased because I am still in litigation with him and CE. I think the court record thus far makes it pretty clear what this so called legend and his supposedly honest company were up to - redirecting traffic to their competing sites using our brandname, over charging, and more.

I know the real Ron Levi. If I was not held by a confidentiality order that he is insisting on I would love to put up the video depos we have and let everyone decide for themselves what kind of operator he is. I will just have to wait for when our Xplor Media federal case proceeds finally after our New Destiny closed hearing arbitration ends. Then it will be a matter of public record. I am really looking forward to it.
