Yup, iBill informed me that they will NOT be paying my 2005 gkard reserves on time - merchant bank not releasing funds.
*IF* they did use our reserves as collateral (as per other post in this thread), would that not be a fraudulent security? Reserves are, by legal agreement (with webmasters who own the reserve funds) only to be held for 6 months. How could they use a 6 month 'loan from webmasters' as security for a different loan?
Until now, thanks to my unfathomable sense of forgiveness (aka naive trust and faith), I had been able to consider the earlier 'financial problems' as civil matters and I was willing to hang in and give them the chance that most other (rational) webmasters would not have.
At this point, I'm seeing this more as criminal fraud.
iBill made a big point TWICE (before Feb/16/2005 and after Feb/16/2005) about making clear that GKARD sales were totally immune to the kinds of problems that earlier webmaster sales/reserves became victim to.
Before someone calls the police, I would like to hear iBill explain how this latest reserves freeze is not criminal fraud.
iBill, gkard was supposed to be your 'apology/fix' to the past.
What's going on??
