No one with a right mind would deny that it's dangerous to smoke.
However, the scientific evidence that has been buried or ignored, particularly in the US, shows that there is NO "second hand smoke crisis."
Do people dislike it? Sure.
Does common courtesy dictate measures that would allow non-smokers to be an environment where they can avoid smoke? Of course.
Does that mean that smoking should be banned in ventilated smoking areas - in businesses which could be clearly designated as "smoking permitted" - and ON THE STREET? Hardly.
