I mean, they have my phone number (they can call), mailing address (which obviously works if I have the ATM card) and my bank account (which has already been verified with them).

They hype up epass like its a paypal that allows adult business - yet even stupid ass paypal knows when to stop asking for more and more verification and give their user access to their own money.
