In late 2001, I had to go in for emergency surgery for a brain aneurism.
I was paralyzed on my entire left side and was stuck in a wheelchair for weeks being told that I may never walk again.
I had to teach myself to walk all over again. Interesting dilema for someone in their early 40's.
Kudos to you on your recovery.
Just remember, if you try hard enough, and are too stubborn to give up, nothing is impossible.
Amazing how walking places becomes a joy and not an inconvenience when your perspective changes.
