Overhere in Europe people are more relaxed about it. If I can't smoke in a place I will just leave. Never had someone looking angry at me because I was smoking. Anyway the last few years I only smoke about 8 or 9 cigarettes a day and I'm planning to stop in a few years from now. I don't drink and I hate drunk people so I can imagine if a person doesn't smoke he could hate the smell of smoke.
Ow yes in the USA they are very fanatic about how bad smoking is but they are eating tons of steaks and burgers from their barbeque and tons of unhealty things wich gives them cholesterol etc...
I recent study was made about worldwide health and showed Europeans live longer then Americans even when Europeans are smoking way more.

Smoking in restaurants is banned here as well but you can still smoke in bars, even I as a smoker wouldn't like to get smoke in my face when I'm eating so I'm ok with that rule.
